Damaged or Defective Goods
Since our products are custom printed on demand, if you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or misprinted, please contact us immediately at info@naturiqovit.com with clear photos of the issue. We will gladly arrange a free replacement or full refund.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item arrived damaged or defective, the customer is responsible for covering the direct costs of returning the goods.

1. Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items
Since our products are custom printed on demand, if you receive a damaged package, a defective item, or a misprinted design, you do not need to send the item back or fill out a physical return form.
What to do:
Take clear photos of the damaged/defective item and the shipping label on the package.
Email us at info@naturiqovit.com with your Order ID and the attached photos.
Once verified, we will immediately send you a free replacement or issue a full refund.
2. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day General Returns)
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your package without giving any reason.
Terms & Conditions:
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision by emailing info@naturiqovit.com using the withdrawal form below.
The returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
Unless the item arrived damaged or defective, the customer is responsible for covering the direct shipping costs for returning the package.
